Ingredients
- 2 tbsp plain unsweetened yogurt (lactose-free preferred)
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- ½ tsp honey (optional, dogs only)
Method
- Mix yogurt, flaxseed, and honey (if using).
- Drop small spoonfuls onto parchment paper or silicone mold.
- Freeze for 2 hours until firm.
