🧂 Ingredients (1–2 servings)
- ¼ cup puffed lotus seeds (makhana)
- ½ cup water or unsweetened oat milk
- 1 tsp cooled chamomile tea (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp pumpkin purée (optional)
- ¼ tsp coconut oil
🥣 Method
- Dry-roast makhana 2–3 mins; let cool; grind coarsely.
- Simmer water/oat milk; whisk in ground makhana.
- Cook 3–4 mins to creamy porridge.
- Stir in chamomile tea, coconut oil (and pumpkin, if using).
- Serve warm or slightly cooled.
