🐾 Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (peeled & mashed)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted, xylitol-free peanut butter

(Optional: 1–2 tbsp plain unsweetened yogurt for creaminess)

  1. Mash banana until smooth.
  2. Mix in peanut butter (and yogurt if using).
  3. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
